Our Triumph through supernatural connection

Luke 10:17 “And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.”
Today, you will be accounted part of the in-numerable company of followers of Christ and joy unspeakable will flow in your heart. In fact, the great thing about becoming born again is that when you come to Jesus, He will turn your negative situation and story into positive.
Luke 10:18-20 “And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.”
The moment you connect to Jesus Christ and accept Him into your life as your personal Lord and Saviour, your name will be enlisted in God’s record-book of heaven; and a certain measure of divine power will be bestowed upon you so that you will be able to over-come sin. When that supernatural connection takes effect in your life, you will experience a total and complete turn around in life, as well as you will be able to experience triumph in all spheres of your endeavours.
The Bible is replete with examples of men and women who prevailed over adversities, because they had super-natural connection with the Divine God of power. Moses triumphed over Pharaoh due to the extraordinary connection he had with God. General Joshua triumphed over the Amalekites in the battlefield, as a result of the divine contact he enjoyed in his relationship with God. I believe that you have also read and or heard about the bravery young David put up before the heavy-weight giant from the camp of the Philistines Goliath.
Goliath was a fearsome frightening personality, but David triumphed over him because he went against the giant flying a flag in the name of the LORD God of hosts. This David surpassed all expectations due to the fact that he had a supernatural connection with God. I cannot round off this highlight without mentioning the three Hebrew children (Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego). They did the unbelievable by triumphing over Nebuchadnezzar’s fire and made a name for their God, which has been resonating throughout all ages.
Today, once you make that connection, your triumph will revibrate for a long time to come.
The disciples of Jesus were on a boat sailing with the Master, who was asleep due to fatigue. When the terror of death stirred them in the face, they were afraid for their lives and had to call on Jesus for help, who made the sea to become still. That supernatural connection made the difference. When you welcome Jesus into your life today, all the storms of life sin has introduced will vanish away.
There is no connection on earth that is higher than the connection of becoming a heir to the throne of God whose dwelling is in heaven. Honestly, it is a great privilege to have such a contact; and God has provided a rare opportunity for you today to become his child. Apparently, the chance is readily available for you to make this extraordinary connection.
Talking about connection. Let me give this illustration using the electricity supply meant to give stable power to your homes. For instance, if the electricity grid, the system for delivery of electricity to consumers, supply-ing ‘power’ to your home does not experience any form of failure; but the wires connecting your home to the nearest electric pole snaps, you will be out of the source of power; and it does not matter how tastefully furnished your apartment may be, because if you do not have that connection from the electric pole, you will remain in darkness.
In other words, you may be a handsome man or a beaut-iful lady; but if you lack that connection with power, there will be no light in your house. You may be educated or an illiterate; you may be old or young; you may be male or female. If you decide to make that connection by coming out of sin, that light will come into your home and life. Quit playing religion. Come out of sin and get serious with your life for once be-cause all you need to succeed in life is the connection with the supernatural God.
John 1:12 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:”
Connecting with God takes action. You must have to play your role by stretching out your hand in order to receive the power that will change your life for the better. You cannot fold your hands and expect to be connected with the all powerful live wire God. That is the reason you need to stretch your arms out and the light will get to your soul, spirit and body.
Connecting to Jesus requires three major steps. They are the ABC of eternal life. They stand for Abandon, Believe and Continue. If you want to connect with the supernatural God, you have to abandon your sins.
