Senator Omo-Agege To Be Suspended Over Mace Theft
The National Assembly joint ad hoc committee has recommended the immediate suspension of the senator representing Delta central, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, for another 180 legislative days over the theft of the Senate mace.
Naija News Learnt that the recommendation was made yesterday by the committee investigating the invasion of the Senate. The decision was made at the conclusion of their investigation.

Reports by The Cable states that the Lagos State Police Command yesterday uncovered a printing press where election materials meant for the Ekiti State election were being printed.
The Lagos Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal, led some detectives to the printing press located at 13A and 13B, Oguntona street, Gbagada area of the state, yesterday after they purportedly learnt from intelligence information that ballot papers meant for Saturday’s governorship poll in Ekiti state were being printed at the printing press.
