Last month was not a good month for users of MTN's night plan because they reduced the data allocation for the Night plans. However since it's a new month and you might be renewing your subscription soon so I decided to write this post. I will also post the ones for other networks and post it here as well. So without further ado , lets get started.
How To Import Config On HTTP Injector Vpn
Dial *131*65# and choose your plan. Here's the validity period for each plan

You’ll receive three different MTN messages;
The third message determines if your sim has been activated or not. But once you receive the third message, you can then proceed to subscribe to any data plan of your choice y dialing *131*1# and you’ll receive double of the data you purchase.

you received the double of your plans before you subscribe for bigger plans.
To check your data balance send 2 to 131 or dial *131*4#.

- MTN Mpulse Data Plan Tweak
The first one I'll be talking about in this post is the new Mpulse Data plan that MTN introduced towards the end of last month, this plan gives you
- 350 MB for N 50 (weekly plan)
- 1.2 GB for N 150 (Monthly plan)
However you cannot use it to browse on other websites apart from the MTN Mpulse website but there's a workaround to this you can make this work with HTTP Injector.
Here's what to do
Migrate to MTN mPulse Plan>> Dial *344*1# from a new or existing MTN SIM>>Send ‘mPulse’ to 131
Then make sure you have the following
- An Android phone
- MTN NG 3G or 4G sim without active data
- Use the default MTN APN settings
- HTTP Injector vpn - download here
- Updated Config File -Download (Updated August 31, 2018)

- Download HTTP Injector VPN and the MTN Config from the link above
- After installing HTTP Injector, launch the VPN app
- Tap on the Paper icon located at the top-right corner
- Tap on Import Config and locate the MTN Config file and tap on it to import.
- Finally, tap Start to connect. It will connect within 10 seconds. When it does connect, launch your browser and start surfing
MTN Dealzone Plans
There actually 2 dealzone plans, the new on and the old one. The old one is for MTN pulse users, It gives you 1GB for N500 when you dial *406#
The new plan is based on eligibility
The new MTN Deal zone gives you 4GB for N1000 unlike the regular data plan that gives you 1.5GB for N1000. You also get 1GB for N200 and 250MB for N100
