Google classroom is a free online service recently designed by google to aid academic performance throughout the world. It is aimed at creating, distributing and grading of assignments without writing and with no stress. Later in a sooner post, we shall be looking how to use Google Classroom website.
As I was saying, Google classroom is primarily aimed at easing the process involved in the sharing of academic files between teachers and student and vice versa. It is used in combination for the creation alongside the distribution of documents, spreadsheets and slides writing.
Google allows students who are willing to join classes in minutes, allowing them to save time and be more focus on learning. It also brings the student and teachers closely together. Through this, announcement can be easily made by the teacher to the student.
Also, assignments can be given – as well as be stored. Students can attempt these, complete it and then submit online on the platform while teachers on the other hand, can view the progress of the assignment done live and can quickly give feedback.

How to Join a Class on Google Classroom Website
We shall be looking at two different ways to join a class on Google Classroom. But before we proceed, it is important to note that your teacher must have created a class prior to you deciding to join the class.

Join a Class on Google Classroom through invitation
To join a class by invitation, all you need to is an invitation to your Gmail account by your teacher. Your teacher sends you an invitation link to your Google email account. When you receive such mail, all you need to do is open it, find the invitation link and join the class by following thee link.

Join a Class on Google Classroom through your Page
You can join a class through your page by using a Google Classroom enrolment code which will be allocated to the teacher in the Class Stream. This enrollment code will be given to you by your teacher upon request. To join a class using this method, all you need to do is visit classroom.google.com.
When the page loads, find and click the + (plus) icon at the upper right corner of the page and select Join Class. You will then, provide your class enrolment code provided by your teacher and then click on join.
Note that classes on Google Classroom are managed and controlled by the teacher that create such. Teacher may decide to give certain permissions or restrictions on students enrolled in the class.
How to Create a Class on Google Classroom Website
As a teacher, to allow your students to join your class, you need to create a class beforehand. To create your class on Google Classroom, visit classroom.google.com and click the + (plus) icon at the upper right corner of the page and select Create Class.
after creating your class, you can invite your stydents to join the class by sending an invitation link to their Gmail adresses or alternatively, by sharing the class enrollment code which can be found at the Class Stream.
