The 52-year-old's topless snap highlighted her new ink, as well as her seemingly ageless figure.
The 5ft5in beauty must have been excited to share the photo, because she posted two different versions, one to her Instagram Stories and another to the main page.
She stood in front of an oven range, with a skillet in one hand and an egg held up over her head.
For both versions, Halle wrote, 'Who says I'm not a mermaid [sic].'
