How Google Assistant can be used to Send Money to your Contacts

It is no longer news that Google Assistant handle a vast number of tasks with a simple voice command including weather forecast, playing music, among other things. Google, in its quest to bring more features to the app, has introduced a new feature that will allow users to send money to friends and family via Google Pay using Google assistant.

Google Pay is currently working with Assistant to help you pay your bills on your device for free. It is a payment service recently launched by combining Android Pay and Google Wallet to perform monetary transactions.

To enjoy the service, you need to get an account for Google Pay before using Google Assistant in making payment. Money sent on this platform will be received by the recipient in no time regardless that the recipient has or does not have a Google Pay account.  Notification will be sent to the recipient without a Google Pay account giving them an option to cash their payment.
