Photos: Elderly Woman Caught Picking Female Panties & Used Pads From A Dustbin In Lagos

An elderly woman has been caught in Lagos picking dumped female panties and used pads from a dustbin in Lagos. When asked why she did that, her reasons didn’t make sense. They however didn’t tell us if she was handed over to the police or not. Too sad!
