Kylie Jenner contributed on Thursday to the swirl of rumors that she is engaged to rapper Travis Scott, the father of her child.

Firing up her Insta Stories, Kylie, 21, dished to her followers about a viral infection she was suffering

from - and flashed a massive ring on her left hand ring finger.

'I don’t know if anyone else is sick right now, but I got this virus going around, and no s***, took me OUT,' said Kylie, neglecting to mention her jewelry.

Let me tell you. I couldn’t even move yesterday. I still feel horrible today, but a lot better,' the cosmetics mogul explained, added that she 'drove today, which was a huge accomplishment, and getting better.'
