The dual-SIM variant of the Samsung Galaxy S9 is now on sale, The dual-SIM version is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC which is a US model. The device is already available on Ebay and is offered for $660 (NGN 237,000)
The smartphone comes in black, gray, purple, and blue colors, but only the black model is available for purchase as at the time of publishing this post.
I think it should be available on Jumia in a couple of days.
